Maya (Rosario Dawson) is a college student who is brutally raped by Jared (Chad Faust). Obviously traumatized by the experience, she spends most of the rest of her semester trying to pull her life back together. Maya struggles with the guilt and depression from the incident, and falls deeper and deeper into a dangerous pit of addiction. At a dance club one night, she meets Adrian (Marcus Patrick), who befriends her. Adrian turns out to be a sociopath who is willing to help Maya exact her revenge on Jared. Together, they weave a web of deception and seduction, hoping that Jared will unwittingly become trapped.
