Omens abound when Jess (Mellssa George) manages to hit a seagull on the way to a yachting trip. Her ship sails, but not for long. Troubled and hoping to escape her personal problems, Jess finds herself embroiled in a deeper mystery. Sailing off into the open ocean on a ship called the Triangle does not help, and a sudden storm means she and her friend Greg (Michael Dorman) by the SS Aeolus, but this ship may be a ghost ship that is totally empty, haunted only by a serial killer who begins to pick off fellow passengers. She soon realizes that her alternate self is aboard the cruise liner, and she faces her own murder multiple times.
