When “Friends With Money” opens, Olivia (Jenifer Aniston) is a cleaning lady. Among her employers is a slob of a man, apparently unemployed. What is unusual about the single and (relatively speaking) poor Olivia, is that she’s got rich friends: Franny (Joan Cusack), Christine (Catherine Keener) and Jane (Frances McDormand). All three are married, and have trivial and not so trivial marital problems. Franny introduces Olivia to her trainer. They go out on several dates, each one more humiliating for Olivia than the one before. Finally, Olivia breaks off with him. On a spur of a moment, Olivia asks the slob to accompany her to the charity do that Franny is paying for. Since Olivia has trouble saying “no”, she ends up in bed with him – but, as she is to find out, there is more to the slob than meets the eye.

The racial and class tensions are front and center in this film and provide the backdrop for the unlikely friendship that develops between Council and Martin.

Peter's half-brotheris the reflection Peter sees in the mirror and is reluctant to embrace with responsibilities to a partner that goes beyond physical presence. Staring Kristen Bell (Sarah Marshall) does well with the raw material her character is mult-dimensional as she plays both a villain and the victim. While her character emotionally cripples Peter, she has cause as revealed in a fairly depicted series of flashbacks. But it isn't just Peter that she is running from she has run into the arms of Aldous Snow (Russell Brand), a lead singing rock star. Snow almost steals the movie, with his crazy musings and ability to play the guy you want to hate but wish was yours. In some ways Peter sees Snow as the kind of guy he wishes he was, but Peter realizes that he could never be like him and force the world to take him as he is. But the two men are more similar on stage than they realize. However, prior to getting to that point in the story, Peter gets off his proverbial couch to meet people who help him forget Sarah. Pride.

They are riding with a variety of interesting characters on the bus including Miss Wendy Winters (Mandy Weet) the tour hostess, Jolly Jimmy Johnson (Derek Royle) the tour director, and Buster Bloodvessel (Ivor Cutler) the conductor. All of the members of the Beatles (John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison, Ringo Starr) play a strange group of magicians who, along with a fifth magician (Mal Evans), cause odd things to happen to the group. The tour group also does some strange things such as races involving the various members of the group.

An arena-ful of fans loved every second of this 68-minute concert (recorded in May 2003 in Buffalo, New York) by then-18-year-old pop sensation Avril Lavigne. And while the singer's charms may elude anyone older than, say, 25, that won't stop the sk8er boyz 'n' gurls who bought her Let Go CD by the millions from digging this, her first DVD, as well. Fact is, Lavigne's rather tuneless, sometimes off-key singing isn't her strong suit.

It is time for Nemo to head to school and his father has brought him to the "bus" stop. He is playing with his friends near the edge of the dropoff when his father tearfully reminds him of its dangers. Nemo's mother was killed here in order to save Nemo from predators. In defiance of his father, Nemo swims over the dropoff to see the boat that is far above him. He is captured and taken away. Nemo's father, Marlin, is desperate to find his son, and enlists the help of Dory to find him. Dory and Marlin travel the ocean in search of Nemo and have a great number of adventures before eventually being reunited with him.

This comedy/courtroom drama is based on the true life events of mobster “Fat Jack” DiNorscio (Vin Diesel) with most of the dialog coming directly from court transcripts. After being sentenced to 30 years on a drug charge Jack’s lawyer (Jerry Adler) sets up a meeting between Jack and the prosecutor Sean Kierney (Linus Roache) to lessen his sentence in exchange for testimony against Nick Calabrese (Alex Rocco) and other members of the crime family in an upcoming RICO case. After turning down the plea he becomes fed up with his attorney’s perceived mishandling of his drug case, fees, and the idea he would set up a deal. Jack decides to defend himself in what would turn out to be the longest running mafia trail in U. S. History, with 20 defendants each with his own lawyer and 76 charges the case lasted 21 months. Jack stumbles around procedure and uses his charm to work the jury. All involved except Jack and Judge Finestein (Ron Silver) want Jack to have a separate trial. Along the way Jackie finds his footing and even manages to win over defense attorney Ben Klandis (Peter Dinklage) while enroute to a non guilty verdict.
