'Factory Girl' is the story of the muse to Andy Warhol, Edie Sedgwick. For Edie (Sienna Miller) everything is going just fine; she got enough money and is surrounded by friends and family. She leaves it all behind to follow the famous artist Andy Warhol (Guy Pierce). Edie became Warhol's muse for like every piece of art he did, including his films. The real struggle came when Edie met a young musician named Quinn (Hayden Christensen). This is when Edie's affection becomes torn between the two men and they all are stuck in this love triangle. The 'sex, drugs and rock & roll' of this era, a lifestyle that Edie had lived before meeting Andy Warhol or Quinn, became a life in which all three dabbled in too. And a seemingly glamorous lifestyle that eventually led to her early death.
