Pim (Marsha Wattanapanich) travels with her boyfriend Vee (Vittaya Wasukraipaisan) to Thailand to visit her mother who had a heart attack. Pim had moved from Thailand to Seoul, Korea because she feels guilt for being the surviving conjoined twin. At her mother’s home, Pim is haunted. Her sister Ploy keeps reminding her of their bittersweet relationship and their commitment to stay together forever. The dead sister is angry. An old friend and psychologist agrees to have sessions with Pim, to help her over the trauma of her ordeal. But once Pim's mother is able to speak, dark secrets start coming out.
