The London' east coast faces the biggest disaster of all time, which seems to be a combined effect of high tides and a raging storm. The meteorological department predicts that London would witness a heavy downpour. Unfortunately, high tides come into the picture at the same time. As a combinational effect of high tides and heavy downpour, water gushes into the city and travels towards the river Thames and there is nothing that could reduce the intensity of the disaster. Though millions of London residents are vacated, devastation is found right behind each and everyone's tail. Now, it's up to the best Marine engineers and barrier experts Rob Morrison (Robert Carlyle) and his wife Samantha (Jessalyn Gilsig) along with Leonard Morrison (Tom Courtenay), who is Rob's dad, to save the city from complete washout.
