Rob (Omarion Grandberry) is a young man living in Harlem who dreams of making it big as a rapper. He gets into trouble with some gang-bangers and flees to Puerto Rico to live with the father (Giancarlo Esposito) he never knew he had. His half-brother Javi (Victor Rasuk), aspires to make it big in the reggae/hip-hop/Latin music known as Reggaeton. They work together, in conjunction with Rob’s girlfriend , the stunning dancer C. C. (Zulay Henao) to become Raggaeton stars. They triumph over many obstacles as they pursue their dream and give a memorable performance at the Puerto Rican Day Parade in New York City.
