“You Will Meet a Tall Dark Stranger” is the story of multiple married couples, Alfie (Anthony Hopkins) and Helena (Gemma Jones), and their daughter Sally (Naomi Watts) and husband Roy (Josh Brolin) and the small coincidences that bring them all together. Each couple has their own problems and secrets held from one another. As Helena comes to the schemes of a phony fortune teller, Sally debates cheating on her husband as Alfie pursues a young call girl whom has his attentions. Can everyone overcome their midlife crisis in time to save their perspective marriages and perhaps face themselves in the morning with what they have learned about each other?
