The “found footage” filmmaking style is applied to the Amityville film series in this Miramax/Dimension Films co-production. Casey La Scala and Daniel Farrands direct from their own script, with Paranormal Activity’s Jason Blum handling producing duties. The horror tale surrounds a journalist who investigates the infamous haunted house.
