As a young novelist and his wife are coping with the loss of thier child, thier lives are turned upside down when a panicked girl appears at thier secluded house in the middle of the night and tells them people in masks are stalking her. That night the masked faces appear at the window and the couple begin a terrifying game of cat and mouse, resulting in a shocking realisation and one of the most chilling film finales of recent years.
