Luke Gibson (Cuba Gooding, Jr.) loses his wife and unborn child in a tragic accident. He is left with amnesia in the tragic accident as well as serious injuries. However, a breakthrough in technology from the Hexx Company has been discovered and is implanted into Luke’s brain to save his life. The implant however comes at a cost that is unknown to Luke. Hexx has some sinister plans and Luke is at the center of them.
