Michael Nazzaro (Steven Brand) is a young American university professor who is visiting Russia in search of buried treasure. He is able to fund this expedition through organizing and participating in illegal street motorcycle races. He is quite successful, but he begins to come up a little short when a young Russian rider named Wolf (Alexander Nevsky) bests him. The two adversaries become friends when they team up to search for and hopefully find the hidden treasure which they have located in the area of Moscow. They are not the only ones who are looking for it though, and they must contend with an evil group of thieves if they are to retrieve the fortune.
