While Erika Lawson (Sarah Lieving) reports of an airliner crash, her husband cameraman Scott (Adam Vincent) is at the site filming the entire catastrophic event. Much to the surprise of both the viewers and Erika and Scott, out of the fiery crash crawls a young boy. Because Erika and Scott are unable to have children, they want to adopt Donald (Boo Boo Stewart). Due to their high-profile positions, they are able to hurry the process along and soon the three become a family. Terrible things seem to happen to the people around Donald; that is, until a new nanny shows up. Lucy (Nora Jesse) is able to control Donald. Was she sent by Satan himself? The two seem to hold a secret that Erika and Scott must hurry to unravel before more harm is done.
