A University upperclassmen and musician named Adam (Cameron Douglas) meets a hot, intelligent girl named Eve (Emmanuelle Chriqui). The two college students hit it off and they begin to see each other,but Adam comes to find out that, remarkably,the beautiful Eve has never been intimate with a man. Adam makes it his personal mission to be the one who makes her first time special, but to no avail as Eve is waiting to give away her virginity until the relationship feels right. Will Adam succeed in his plan with Eve, or will he only succeed in falling flat on his face in defeat?
