Chan Foh To (Jackie Chan) is a very good mechanic; he has come back from a trip to Japan after taking a special course from Mitsubishi Motors. He is running a business in Hong Kong with his sisters and father (Yuen Chor). Foh also helps the law enforcement by checking on cars which have been given illegal upgrades. Warner Cougar Krugerman (Thorsten Nickel) goes racing past the police and Foh. Foh gives chase and stops him, sending Cougar to prison. Cougar escapes and seeks vengeance against Foh by destroying the family business and kidnapping the sisters. Foh must rescue them by going to Japan to race against Cougar.
