Brad Mayfield (Kurt Angle) has a secret. He seduces and then murders a woman. He also has an ability to disguise himself very effectively. His next target is a stripper (Jenna Morasca) and roommate of his first victim. She believes he is a detective investigating the murder of her friend. Mayfield plays cat and mouse games with the authorities as they seek the killer they have named the Stranglehold Killer because of his methods. The stripper remains oblivious to his deception. Will he succeed in his quest for his next victim or will the cops be able to stop him before he strikes again
