François (Frédéric van den Driessche), a middle-aged film director, during the filming of a thriller film, learns that an actress experienced an orgasm while being filmed. So François decides to embark on a project about female sexuality. He begins looking for uninhibited actresses who are interested in transgression, in breaking rules, in performing sexual acts in front of a camera, both with themselves and with other women; his goal is to undertstand female orgasm and to capture it on film. François finds himself in a strange relationship with three of his actresses (Lise Bellynck, Maroussia Dubreuil, and Marie Allan), also involving his late grandmother and two angel-like entities able to appear and disappear.
