Rene (Leah Rachel) and Laura (Erin Lokitz) are two young women who have recently begun to attend the same university. They both pursue acceptance into a popular college sorority, where their final initiation is to spend a weekend at a deserted ranch which is said to be haunted. They and a few others travel to the house where they arrange with the creepy caretaker to spend the weekend there. Everything goes according to plan until the caretaker, who searches for buried treasure within the house, accidentally digs up a corpse. The corpse comes back to life in the form of a vengeful witch who seeks to avenge the murder of her husband. The witch brutally murders all within the house and the kids think it is just a mean college prank. They are wrong and are hunted one by one by the witch.
