Gary and Brooke have a fun, exciting relationship. But after two years of living together, the little irritations in their relationship get the best of them and they break up. The problem is that their shared condo is so nice that neither of them wants to move out! The battle lines are drawn as Gary stakes out the fold-out sofa in the living room while Brooke gets the bedroom. Each can use his or her “personal” space however they want and what they want to do is annoy the heck out of each other! Brooke invites her effeminate brother’s a cappella group over to practice, in her room while Gary throws a wild strip-poker party in his. Brooke tries to make Gary jealous by showing off her dates, and Gary fires right back by nonchalantly befriending them. This movie is a hilarious take on what happens when the happy couple is still stuck together after a messy break-up.
