Tae-su (Doo-hong Jung) is a hard working and successful police detective who specializes in combating organized crime in his district. He returns to his hometown to attend the funeral of his childhood friend who he has recently learned has passed away. Tae-su reunites with some of his best friends form high school at the funeral and the group of young men begin to formulate ideas as to the identity of his friend’s murderer. They begin to suspect is has to do with a mysterious corporation run by another of their friends, Pil-ho (Beom-su Lee) and they investigate him. They find that conspiracy may go beyond just one man and may signify corruption in the district.
