The story revolves around a bad cop Anthony Stowe (Jean Claude Van Damme) who is a drug addict. His life is going no where and everything seems to be messed up. No one in his department likes him even his personal life is not in a good shape. he is sharing a horrible relationship with his wife Valerie Stowe (Selina Giles). He is after a mission of killing the drug lord Gabriel Callaghan (Stephen Rea). however in the process his two officers are killed, Anthony too is almost killed by the shot but his destiny saves him. After recovering from coma he decides to improve his life. He is determined to develop his personality both professionally as well as personally.
