Wo Shi Shei is a movie about a group of secret agent soldiers who are on a mission to kidnap three scientists that were working with a dangerous mineral. On the way back, after kidnapping the scientist, the helicopter crashes, and kills every person but one. That one person (Jackie Chan) wakes up in the middle of a South African tribe. When the tribesmen ask his name, he doesn’t know because he’s lost his memory. All he responds with is Who Am I? Thus is his “name”. He ends up living with the tribe, until he starts to remember parts of his life before the crash. Then, he leaves to find his identity with two women, Christine (Michelle Ferre) and Yuki (Mirai Yamamoto), ending up in the Netherlands.
