After landing in jail for a midnight bar brawl, Waylan and Buddy volunteer their services at a medical experiment facility as a way out of a prison sentence. But when they realize that they are part of a group that will undergo surgery at the hands of a doctor who plans on turning them into ultimate killing machines, they must fight to destroy hisother creations and save themselves.
