When Dr. Madsen (Christopher Kriesa) has the unfortunate luck to be involved in a car crash with bus filled with convicts, he is taken hostage by the prisoners, mainly because he has medical skill. The group drags him to a mysterious house in the woods where odd balls like Dan van Husen (Paul Anderson) seem to be psychopaths, but in fact are cultish vampires who murder all the convicts. When the Dr. Madsen escapes to the police, he is charged with murder and ends up on a prison bus that crashes. This time he finds himself going back to the same house in the woods for a second chance at death.
