Three sisters: Brielle (Kelsey Crane), Sam (Tara Gerard), and Kelli (Kelsey Wedeen) and a group of their friends take a trip to the home of their recently deceased grandfather after reading his will that states that they're to be given ownership of a motel located in a remote forest area. Their grandfather apparently died a particularly grisly death. They find the home occupied by a family of psychos. Running the motel is an old woman named Gloria (Pat McNeely), and her son, Chuck (James C. Burnes) is a sheriff. The psycho family begins stalking the three sisters, and these scenes pave the way for blood and gore.
