[Rec] centers around the host of the late night show "While You're Asleep," Angela (Manuela Velasco) and her unseen cameraman, Pablo. They follow the activities of volunteer fireman on a normal night and eventually go on a call with them. What seems like a routine call to help an old woman who has fallen turns ugly very quickly.
