A couple of adolescents suffer from a case of arrested development, as their lives focus only on sex and marijuana. Their desperation for finding sexual partners drives them to attack a bagel and several large fruit and vegetable items. Spanky (Rollin Perry) and Mert (Seth Cassell) find the aphrodisiac qualities of marijuana make their pathetic sex lives more palatable, and the stoned nature of their existence convinces them in their fantasy pursuit of Princess (Michelle Penick) and Pinky (Lindsey Ahern) that marijuana will increase the sexual pleasure of women. Spying women like Strawberry (Rana Davis) in various states of undress seems to give them thrills galore. Their illegal actions with pot cause them to have a series of encounters with Officer Bendover (Deirdre V. Lyons).
