Lambeau Fields (David Koechner) comes into the movie having blown every championship shot he has ever had. Now he has one last chance to turn things around. He winds up coaching a football team in Texas. His team is a mess, but he sees talent, particularly in bumbling quarterback Lance Truman (Matthew Lawrence) and me-first wide receiver Trotter (Jackie Long). The team begins to turn things around, even employing the help of the mentally disable boy named IPod (Jermaine Williams). However his dedication to his work is hurting his family; his wife (Melora Hardin) wants to leave, and his daughter (Brooke Nevin) is getting wrapped up with both of the team's star players. Just as it all seems under control, the man who was his mentor (Carl Weathers) turns out to be the enemy, and one final epic battle ensues to decide the championship.
