The FBI has assigned Joe Huff (Brian Bosworth) who is under suspension for a dangerous operation in Mississippi. His task is to take down a ruthless biker gang called the Brotherhood who are known to have dealings with drug trafficking and several brutal murders. Although he is not very happy with the blackmail offer,Joe readily accepts it by taking on a new identity as an undercover officer named John Stone. He manages to successfully infiltrate the renegade biker gangs and in the process makes a special connection of trust with the sadistic leader named Chains Cooper (Lance Henriksen) after he successfully fake a murder with the help of the FBI. However, Chain's right hand man named Ice (William Forsythe) has doubts about their new member of the gang. Joe has to fight for his survival and ends the violent situation after his true identity is exposed.
