In his film debut, Curtis Jackson stars in the movie that replicates his life before becoming the biggest rapper in the US and the whole world. In a story filled with loyalty, deception, perseverance and talent, young Marcus must overcome his life as a drug dealer and focus on starting a whole new life with his girlfriend and newborn son, choosing rapping as his upcoming career. But before he gets started with his new future, he must first deal with those from his past that will try anything to stop him from succeeding. Caught in the dilemma, Marcus must now act towards reaching his dream of becoming a rapper, or keep on with the life he is trying to leave behind.
