Serial killer Jonathan Chambers (James Brinkley) is executed in the electric chair. Coroner Hitchens (Michael Cram) takes the body to the hospital morgue for an autopsy. Sherriff Berger (Robert Englund) is escorting the ambulance to the hospital when he accidentally hits Sara Wexler (Meredith Henderson), who was trying to commit suicide. Sara gets put in the same ambulance as Chambers and she starts to notice that Chambers may not be dead after all. She tries to warn her roommate about this guy and she tries to get out of the hospital, but all of the doors are locked. She wonders if Chambers is either alive or dead, roaming the halls.
