Ryder (Dolph Lundgren) rides into town on his motorcycle to attend the funeral of a friend. When he discovers that his friend was murdered by John Reno (Matthew Tompkins), a man that has the whole town in his grip of threats, Ryder decides to take matters into his own hands. Reno plans to build a casino on Native American reservation land and is using the local Native Americans as puppets for his plans. Ryder's friend dared to fight against him. So, with the Bible as his justification and anger for his motive, Ryder seeks revenge against Reno and the gang Reno leads to free the oppressed town from cowering in fear.
