Max (Guillaume Lemay-Thivierge) lives happily with his girlfriend Alice (Myriam Tallard) and their son Theo, his criminal record a thing of the past. His wife winds up in the hospital, and the doctors say she will require a heart transplant or she will die. Max does everything he can to find her an acceptable organ, but he’s failing. His quest forces him back into his life of crime. He meets Morgane (Lucie Laurier), a drag racer who helps him try to find a suitable donor organ. Eventually he finds the perfect heart, but it belongs to one of his enemies. How far will he go to save Alice?
