Doug (Colin Hanks) has a perverted obsession as a voyeur. He becomes infatuated with Amy (Ana Claudia Talancon) and begins to spy on her. Doug sneaks cameras into her house so he can watch her at every moment. He learns details and secrets of her life, using them to get closer to her. At a coffee shop, he strikes up a conversation with Amy. She becomes friends with him, but does not really want to begin a relationship with him. Amy’s roommate gets suspicious when Doug mentions he’s from a section of Seattle that doesn’t exist. Worried that he will be found out, Doug murders the suspect and hangs around to console the grieving Amy. What will happen when Amy discovers the secret that Doug hides?
