In Orange County, a young drug dealer is being primed for promotion in his family, the most powerful crime family in Southern California. Bobby Leoni (Thomas Tamburello) has risen through the ranks of the De La Cruz crime family, who have a hand in nearly everything that happens in Orange County. Leoni redefined the drug trade with a little innovation and brutality, and was primed to become a powerful drug lord, kingpin of the West Coast. His climb is suddenly halted by the appearance of Federal Agent Boyer (Erick Gosse). Agent Boyer never turns down a good challenge, and he sees a formidable one in Leoni. The two men will stop at nothing to get their way, even if that means getting rid of the other one.
