A lone scientist who has been constantly rejected from society withdraws from those who rejected him and builds a laboratory in a secluded wooded area. His experiments involve injecting a rage virus into unsuspecting victims. The virus makes the test subjects rage in anger and they develop abnormal levels of strength. All hell breaks loose when the test subjects escape from the scientist's laboratory and the subjects begin feeding on other humans. It's up to Dr. Viktor Vasilienko (Andrew Divoff) and the rest of society to stop these enraged victims from harming as many civilians as possible.
