A mass murderer, Max Seed (William Sanderson) survives the electric chair after speaking his last word, “I’ll see you again. Doctor Parker Wickson ( Andrew Jackson) and Warden Wright (Rolf Moeller) conspire to keep Seed off the streets when they realize that he is still breathing after taking a 15,000 volt shock. They bind him and bury him alive, but Max manages to escape his grave. He sets out for revenge to prove that he is very much alive.
