A Japanese actress named Yuka (Nagisa Sagiura) has agreed to play the lead role in a horror movie that recounts the true story of a hotel massacre. In 1970, a professor went mad and began killing people in the hotel, including his own son and daughter. The movie is being shot on the actual location of his murder spree, and the spirits of those murdered begin to haunt Yuka. Soon she is experiencing the terror of the original murders as if they were actually happening around her. She must find out what connection she has to the spirits and what they want from her in order to save her own sanity.
