Eric Lassard (George Gaynes) sends Sergeant. Larvelle Jones (Michael Winslow), Sergeant. Eugene Tackleberry (David Graf) and Capt. Debbie Callahan (Leslie Easterbrook) over to Russia to help in catching a computer thief. Konstantin Konali (Ron Perlman) who marketed the worlds most popular computer game is plotting a sequel to the game that will allow a backdoor into all computer systems around the world to all government and police computer systems. Now it’s up to the American and Russian forces to stop him.
