Frank Hopper (Jon Bon Jovi) is a man struggling greatly through life. He lost his lucrative job as a lawyer and all of his relationships have ended poorly. One day frank receives a misprinted credit card in the mail. He is hesitant to use it, but when he does he finds that it works. He then goes on a spending spree, accumulating nearly three-hundred thousand dollars on the card. He spends most of it on his bright idea of financing an all women’s hockey team. Eventually his plan fails and the courts hold him in debt for the charges he racked up on the card, so he will have to hatch a scheme to repay the debt.
