Tim Manfrey (Dominic Purcell) works for a New York City newsroom. Tim's best friend is named Steven Johnson (Orlando Jones) . The pair are introduced to a woman named Aviva Masters (Brooke Langton) who works on reports about animals being harmed or killed. She is interested in a crocodile in Africa which is said to be responsible for the disappearance of hundreds of people. Tim, Aviva and Steven go to Africa to track down and capture the crocodile. Once in Africa they meet a local man named Harry (Dumisani Mbebe) who acts as a guide to the group and warns them about the possible dangers of the region. Harry joins the rest of the group and helps them set traps to capture the crocodile.
