The Tall Man (Angus Scrimm) is back from his stomping grounds at Morningside Mortuary, making new trouble for Reggie (Reggie Bannister), a former ice cream salesman, and Reggie’s friend Mike (A. Michael Baldwin). Mike and Reggie must try to track down The Tall Man as he wreaks havoc and destruction in one place after another. The friends also have to deal with the living dead, as well as with many sentinel spheres that fly around to spy on people or kill them whenever The Tall Man wants them to. The Tall Man desires to settle an old score with Mike after kidnapping him.
